All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible costs. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order BEFORE your item has been shipped, you will be assessed a 30% cancellation fee before a refund is issued. For orders refunded to store credit, we may be able to waive this fee.
This includes orders that were shipped or unshipped where the customer hadn't recieved the item. A restocking fee will apply in the case of a refund request instead of store credit or a replacement item.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please reference our Return Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees (higher than cancellation prior to shipment).
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
From time to time, we may need to cancel orders for a variety of reasons including but not limited to: inventory shortages, pricing errors, suspicions of fraud, or any other reasons at our discretion. In these cases, we may waive the restocking fee. In the event of a pricing error, you are welcome to purchase the item at the correct, increased price and we owe no responsibility to provide the game at the previously listed price. In the event of a fraudulent order, you may be barred from reordering at our discretion. With inventory shortages, we will likely notify you upon receipt of new inventory and may be able to keep the order open. These policies are subject to be changed and applied retroactively.
