All items listed on our website are in stock. When an item is out of stock, it is automatically hidden and cannot be added to the cart.
What condition are your products in?
As a retro gaming store, 99% of what we sell is used. Most of what we sell is 10, 20, or 30+ years old and has been out of production for a long time. Occasionally, some of the controllers, wires, or accessories included in console bundles will be in new condition.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
As a small company, we aren’t required to charge any sales tax. This is because we don’t have enough sales to have ‘economic nexuses’ in any state to require sales tax collection and, our home state of Delaware does not charge sales tax. However, you should follow the laws of your state tax authority laws on whether you are required to pay the sales tax directly to your state’s department of revenue.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Buy something. Yup, that’s right, there are no minimums to qualify. Shipping is absolutely free to the continental United States. Expedited (3-5 day) shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge.
What shipping options do I have? How long will it take?
Free shipping is available to all orders in the continental United States; this takes 7-10 business days. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost (varies based on the price/weight of your order). Shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or US Military addresses takes 12-21 business days for economy shipping. This has an additional charge and we cannot offer expedited. We do not ship outside of the USA & Canada.
What is your return policy?
We have a 90-day warranty on all products that we sell. This means that you can contact us for troubleshooting, repair, or a replacement item if you have any issues within 90 days. Our return policy is 14 days for consoles and 30 days for games. Returns can only be for a replacement or store credit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Paypal, and Amazon Payments. We have also partnered with Affirm to bring you the option of paying over time in 4 equal payments - without any costs or fees to you. If you are having issues with payments, you can contact us to run your card manually or pay with a bank account.
Do you have any sales or discounts?
Yes! New Users can get 10% off by subscribing to our email list with the box at the bottom of the page. We also have periodic special discounts and sales that you can be informed of via text or email.
How do your interest-free payments work?
We’ve partnered with affirm pay overtime to give you the option of financing your $100+ purchase free of charge. You can make four biweekly payments (via debit or credit card) without any interest. As long as you make the payments on time, there won’t be any cost to you. For example, you purchase a $200 console from us. You would pay $50 every two weeks until it’s paid off.
I can’t find the game/console that I’m looking for. Do you have it available?
Quite possibly, we have a large catalog selection that isn’t available directly in our store. You can contact us to see if we have the particular game, console or accessory that you are looking for along with pricing information.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP. The fastest way to get a response is by texting our phone number 41-RETROLIO (417-387-6546). Please note that orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Upon cancellation, we can either give you a store credit or refund your card. If we issue a refund to your card, there will be a 15% cancellation fee.
My Order is missing items. Please help!
Most likely, they were shipped separately. If you purchased multiple games/consoles from us, they would ship separately. Even within a console bundle, the wires or controller sometimes come in separate packages. Your tracking info should show multiple packages. If you still think that you are missing items, please contact us.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order here. Please make sure that you input the full order number (including RT) and are using the same email that you ordered the item with. If nothing comes up, it means that your order has not been shipped yet.
My order shows it was delivered, but I haven’t received it.
We suggest you check with your family members, neighbors, doorman (if you live in an apartment), or the carrier. If you still haven’t received the package seven days after the tracking indicates it was delivered and have been unable to locate the package, we can start a request to get a replacement sent to you. This will require that you file a police report about the missing/stolen package if the value of the missing item is more than $75.
